The breakfast offered a broad selection, and the on-site parking was a bonus. Friendly reception staff enhanced the experience, but the room could have used more coat hangers. The layout of the building was slightly confusing, making navigation a bit challenging.

had a great stay, super comfy single room with a lovely view of the menai straits. breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. staff were friendly and helped us with any questions we had. awesome location for exploring the uni and getting around bangor. really clean place too, made it feel fresh.
only downside was the lumpy mattress that made it tough to sleep well. also, navigating the maze of hallways was confusing at times.

I really appreciated the stunning views from my room overlooking the Menai Strait. The location felt perfect, just a short walk to the town center, which made exploring easy. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with suggestions and requests. My room was clean and tidy, but the decor definitely showed some age and could use a refresh. I had some trouble figuring out the heating system at first. better instructions in the room would help guests a lot. The bar service was also a bit confusing since it only opened at 5 PM, limiting options for a drink right after a busy day out.

Had a awesome time with my friends! We explored amazing sites nearby and enjoyed the comfortable rooms. The breakfast was a highlight, and parking was a breeze. Just a heads-up, it can be a bit of a maze finding your way around.
We faced a bit of a hiccup with the bar not opening until 5 PM, making it tricky to grab a drink after our day out.

Just a commendable fit for a walk in evening in Bangor with excellent value for money. The staff provided great recommendations for local walks, which made our stay enjoyable. Ask for a room facing the garden for a lovely view.

The chaotic navigation through the endless corridors really needs a better map!!! Plus, the unreliable WiFi made it impossible to stay connected at times. Seriously, get it sorted out!!!

The building has a quirky design that might charm some, featuring open spaces perfect for relaxing. Its proximity to local amenities provides easy access for those wanting to explore.
Navigating the maze of corridors feels like a challenge, with rooms scattered in a way that leads to confusion—signage doesn't offer much help. The double room I stayed in had a worn-out vibe reminiscent of old student housing, with a hard bed that made for a restless night. Breakfast served in reception was awkward, with dry options that fell short of expectations, prompting a quick decision to dine elsewhere the next day. the lack of a lift to higher floors can be inconvenient, especially when hauling gear, although that's something easily overlooked if you're not traveling with much.
